As a Property Sales Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients from start to finish-advising, supporting, and negotiating to ensure a smooth transaction. Your role will be vital in creating positive client experiences and expanding our reputation in the Mauritius real estate market.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Generating leads through various channels such as networking, digital platforms, referrals, and cold calls.
- Conducting property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Advising clients on current market trends, pricing, legal aspects, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiating offers and preparing sales agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
- Coordinating with legal and administrative teams for documentation and contracts.
- Updating and managing client records through CRM software.
- Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.
- Creating marketing content and contributing to social media campaigns to increase visibility.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
- A good understanding of the Mauritius property market (an advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license and access to transportation
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate
